水鳳凰設計有限公司(Fenice Design)成立於2007年的台北，以飾品設計與品牌外銷為主要業務。「鳳凰」的意念來自於中國民間的鳳凰傳說，「水」是閩南話「漂亮」的意思，水鳳凰取其純淨柔美的意涵，以及從水中飛昇而出的形象。"FENICE"則是義大利文的鳳凰之意。
水鳳凰設計以東方文化結合當代時尚飾品，進軍歐美珠寶品牌市場，以銀為主要設計材質，搭配彩色的琺瑯(enamel)與玻璃珠飾，創造出具有故事性的獨特風格飾品。
水水鳳凰設計的首飾產品主題，分為『中國意象』(The image of China)及『印象台灣』(FORMOSA impression) 二大類別。
『中國意象』以中國歷史故事及文化圖騰為創作概念，例如：【花木蘭系列】表現巾幗英雄不讓鬚眉的氣勢；【鏤窗系列】呈現了中國的建築之美；【後花園系列】描述古代美女楊貴妃在後花園的傳說故事；【迴?飾系列】則運用商周的青銅器?飾來設計系列首飾。
『印象台灣』以台灣的自然生態景觀，設計一系列有關FORMOSA這個美麗島嶼的故事與傳說，例如：【海洋系列】展現台灣澎湖群島的海洋生態美景；【香蕉天堂】傳送了南台灣的熱帶風情和活力；而【銀蘭花】與【蝴蝶】系列，則將台灣自然環境獨特又豐富的多元性表露無遺。

Once upon a time in the Tang dynasty (618-907), one of the Top Four Beauties of Ancient China, Yang Guifei, was in the back garden of the palace appreciating the flowers. All the blossoms bent their heads down shyly when they realized their beauty couldn't compete with hers. Since then, the term "shying away flowers" has become well-known in China.
Today, Fenice Design invites Yang Guifei to be our brand presenter and our theme in the exhibition of Eclat de Mode is "Decouverte du Jardin du Palais" (Discover the Garden of the Palace), where we have this unrivalled beauty of an entire dynasty represented on some uniquely designed silver jewelry, leading everyone all the way to the back garden of the palace to tour and appreciate the flowers in their imaginations!
